Common questions
How is event volume counted?
Billable events are ingested through the SDK at runtime. CLI catalog sync (eventra send) is registered separately and does not count toward your monthly event quota.
What happens when I exceed my limit?
Workspaces enforce monthly event limits per billing tier. When limits are reached, ingest may be rejected until the next billing period or until you upgrade.
How do I upgrade to Pro or Enterprise?
Upgrades are handled manually during early access. Email billing@eventra.dev with your workspace details and desired plan. We will confirm limits before activation.
Are limits enforced in code?
Yes. Project, API key, member, and workspace limits are enforced server-side via plan-limit checks. The numbers on this page match the production billing configuration.
