Minimal data
Account details and the feature events your app sends.
12-month retention
Raw events are deleted after a rolling 12 months.

No third-party advertising trackers on the site.
Overview
Eventra provides feature analytics tools for developers and teams.
We collect only the minimum data required to operate the service.
Data we collect
- Email address and account information.
- Your first name, last name and a short description, only if you add them to your profile.
- If you sign in with Google or GitHub: the email address, name and account identifier that provider shares with us. We never receive your password for that provider.
- Feature event data sent by your application.
- Technical metadata used to keep the service running and to prevent abuse.
Feature events
Eventra processes events sent by your application. An event contains:
- Feature name
- User ID (optional)
- Properties (optional)
- Timestamp
Do not send sensitive personal data.
How we use data
- Provide analytics.
- Improve reliability.
- Monitor performance.
- Prevent abuse.
Third-party services
- DigitalOcean hosts our servers and database in Amsterdam (Netherlands).
- Resend delivers transactional email such as verification, password reset and usage alerts.
- Google and GitHub, only if you choose to sign in with them. They tell us who you are; we do not read anything else from your account there.
Data retention
Raw feature events are kept for a rolling 12-month window and then deleted automatically. Account data is kept while your account is active.
