Terms of Use

Eventra provides feature analytics tools that help teams understand how features are used in their applications.

By creating an account or using Eventra, you agree to these Terms of Use.

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it.
• Do not share your API keys publicly or commit them to public repositories.
• Workspace owners are responsible for the members and projects in their workspace.
• Tell us right away if you think your account or a key has been compromised.

Each plan sets a monthly event limit and caps on workspaces, projects, API keys and members. The current limits are listed on the pricing page and apply to your account.

To protect the service, ingestion is also rate limited. Events above a plan or rate limit may be rejected, and your application should be prepared to retry later.

Free accounts cost nothing. Paid plans, such as Pro, are arranged by contacting us at billing@eventra.dev. Prices, limits and features may change over time; the pricing page always shows what is currently offered.

You agree not to:

• Send illegal or harmful content.
• Abuse or overload the API, or work around rate and plan limits.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse engineer the service.
• Send sensitive personal data such as names, emails, health or payment details.
• Access data that belongs to another workspace.

We may suspend access that puts the service or other users at risk.

You retain ownership of your data. Eventra processes it only to provide analytics, keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.

Raw events are kept for a rolling 12-month window and then deleted. Data is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure in Amsterdam (Netherlands). See the Privacy Policy and the Security page for details.

Eventra is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted availability.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
