Tracking calls are now found in more hook patterns

• Tracking calls are now found when the function a hook hands back is written with a type annotation or a non-null mark, for example `return ((name) => track(name)) as Tracker`.
• Svelte files are read more accurately when a script tag carries extra attributes.
